Most of the courses in our department are taught in newly-decorated multimedia classroom. Moreover, the teaching materials are selected based on the latest books published in the past three years. Professional teaching and research teams have been established to strengthen the improvement of teachers’ teaching methods and effectiveness, and computer assistive instruction (CAI) has been utilized to provide students with a simulated learning environment. The department also has built a “Center for Green Technology and Smart City” that provides ample opportunities of industry cooperation to students. The teaching characteristics emphasize the development of thinking capability to cultivate research, expression and teamwork skills.
