Education pathways

We continue to encourage colleagues to publish an academic journal, Journal of Management Research, and hold annual cross-strait conference. Graduates may pursue further studies in different areas of business and management in domestic universities and in prestigious overseas universities.

Career prospects

We continue to provide an industry internship course. We also have internship agreements with nearly 30 companies, such as Sinbon Electronics, Eclat Textile, ASML, WALRUS Pump, etc. Graduates will be able to develop their careers in fields related to management and be equipped to work in different departments upon graduation, for example in retail management, technology management, project management, customer relationship management, financial management, human resource management, strategic planning, and advertising. They will also be able to pursue opportunities to start their own business as entrepreneurs and consultants.

We recognize the outstanding academic and/or non-academic achievements of our students through various types of scholarships. The scholarships include:

1. Outstanding Academic Scholarships: To encourage hard-working students to strive for their best in their academic performances.

2.Service Scholarships: To compliment students on their enthusiasm in serving the Tamkang University.

3. Fellowships: To encourage the final-year students to continue staying in our department to complete a postgraduate program.
