At the beginning, Curriculum Planning of our department is designed to cultivate talents in various management field, and it includes the following course offerings:
First, the Organizational and Human Resource Management. Relevant courses include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Employee Training and Development, Labor Law and Labor-Management Relations, and International Human Resource Management.
Second, the Financial Management. Relevant courses include Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Financial Management, Financial Statement Analysis, Investment Theory, Investment Portfolio Management, International Finance, and International Financial Management.
